Agreement of Membership
An agreement between GreatGuides and a user only comes into effect if and when a donation through a credit card has been authorised by the issuing bank. GreatGuides is not liable for any claim to a refund.
Membership
Membership lasts for one year. During this time you have access to the media published on GreatGuides.
Use of Data
Content downloaded from this Website is for personal use only, unless you purchase a distribution license (see below). You agree not to modify, copy, excerpt, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, or services obtained from this website.

Licenses
As detailed on the Website, you must purchase a distribution license, such as an NGO & EducationLicense or a Family License, to share copies with others and your are bound by the limitations stated on the website.
For use in a public venue or public broadcast, written permission must be obtained for a Business License(contact us).
Privacy
We will never sell or distribute your details without permission.GreatGuides stores information on a secure server, chosen at our discretion. However, we are unable to guarantee the security of data against hacking or other malicious act.
Financial details are not stored on our server, nor do we have access to them.
GreatGuides reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor and publish, as whole or in part, communications that occur through the Website, including comments and feedback.
Members agree to promptly update their profile if their personal details change, such as email.
Access
Your right to use the Website is non-transferable. Your access to the website is restricted to Public & non-publishing Member areas and may not be used by any third party. Your log-in details must be kept confidential.

Termination
GreatGuides reserves the right to terminate or disable, at the sole discretion of GreatGuides, any Member’s log-in access ("debarred”). Any such determination made by GreatGuides shall be final and binding and is without any liability to you or any third party.Members may withdraw from GreatGuides at any time, in writing, including email. No refunds, however, will be paid.
Modifications
GreatGuides reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part hereof, at any time. You agree that the most recent version of this Agreement will be located in the HELP section of the website.Your non-termination or continued use of constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment of any modification to this Agreement and you consent to abide and be bound by any terms thereof. At any time, if you do not agree with the Agreement, as modified or amended, you may terminate as per the above.
GreatGuides reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Website with or without notice.
GreatGuides shall not be liable to you or any third party should GreatGuides exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Website.
Indemnification

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
GreatGuides’ failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by GreatGuides in writing.
